You can return the items you purchased without any justification within 14 working days from the date you have received them.

The company does not cover shipping costs for returned items. These costs are paid entirely by senders/customers.

In case returns involve faulty or incorrect items, shipping costs are free of charge.

Return Procedure

1. Place any items in a larger box to avoid damage during transport.
2. The package must include any documents that serve as proof of the transaction (e.g. Invoice-Consignment Note, Consignment Note, Purchase Receipt, etc.).
3. In case of returns due to malfunction, describe exactly the issue at hand.
4. Send the parcel with the same courier service or transport agency which delivered your order, at the company’s address: Mourtzanou H. & CO GP, 25, Ipsilandon street, 73135 Chania, Greece.

We would like to point out that in case returned items do not meet the above conditions, they will be returned to the sender at their own expense.

If products are returned according to the above conditions, your refund will be issued within 15 days from the date we receive the items and will be transferred to your bank account.
